Return Process
The return process will be carried out in the following stages:
Return Report: The customer must send the required information through Whatsapp.
Generation of the Return: Once the request is received, within a maximum period of 15 days, a return order will be generated with the carrier that initially handled the order. We work with the following companies: Servientrega, Envía, Coordinadora, Domina, Interrapidisimos.
Product Pickup: The carrier will pick up the product at the location to which the order was sent. Depending on the customer's location, they may also choose to leave the product at a carrier office.
Inspection and Replacement: Once the product arrives at our suppliers' offices, an inspection will be carried out. After confirming the problem, a new product will be sent with the same carrier.
1A. Return Notification:
If a customer receives a product and decides they want to return it, they must inform us within the first 72 hours after receiving it. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or refund requests after this time period.

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team via Whatsapp at the number (925398365), providing the following information:

3C. Product Change:
We do not provide cash refunds. However, we promise to exchange the product within the next 30 business days after receiving and verifying the information and the returned product. The replacement product will be of the same type and value as the original product you purchased.

We understand that returns may cause inconvenience to our customers. To compensate for this inconvenience, we offer a 10% discount on your next purchase. This discount will be automatically applied to your account after the return process has been completed.
